Great Product

Much easier to use than my "Touch". Much more convenient, especially on holes that you can not drive the cart to your ball location. Have only had the SkyCaddie watch for two weeks, but would buy another one if anything happened to this one.

A great addition

It would be better if the battery life was longer. We get just a little more than one 18 hole round on a charge.

It's function as a range finder is great. The most convenient one we have ever used.

Love my skycaddie The very thought that you can tell pin distance with this marvelous watch is mind boggling. How do I get another user manual ? I have lost my original manual . ESF

Very accurate and inforative.

I only use the skycaddie for golf, it is a bit too large to use as a watch. It works well but has to be charged after every use.

Battery life is on the short side.

At the end an 18 hole round of golf I only have 30% left on the battery not enough for a second round. Great otherwise.

SkyCaddie vs Garmin S1

I have used the Garmin S1 for over two years and was very satisfied except for use on my home course. It would occasionally be off 5-9 yds, so I opted to try out the SkyCaddie and found it to be much more reliable, especially within 125 yds of the green.

The SkyCaddie has a few more functions but also requires a few more button pushes. The presentation is not quite as legible as the Garmin but is still very legible. The only complaint I have is that you cannot turn the SkyCaddie off like I could the Garmin. One feature I really like is that I can search and load the course while on the driving range and not lose the lock. The Garmin is 'use it or lose it'. If I loaded the Garmin on the range I would lose the lock by the first tee.

Overall, I am very happy with the SkyCaddie and will be using it exclusively.

Just What I Needed

I've used my new SkyCaddie Watch GPS for three rounds and love it! Very convenient, accurate, simple to use. Perhaps a little slow to find the golf course, but once set, it updates distance virtually instantly. This GPS will be most useful to players who have a good grasp of how far they typically hit each club. The "no annual fees" promotion makes this an excellent bargain. Highly recommended.

you need a video

a video would really help on how to set the watch, your directions are confusing, question, how do you shut down the watch to save the batteries, and when you do 18 only 9 are on a different, how do I reset the watch, do I shut it down and hope it picks up the other 9?

It saves time on the golf course.

It would be more helpful if distance to hazards were included.

Using the watch was easy there was no discomfort while swinging the golf club.

I think the watch package should include an AC to SBC wall plug, I bought one and it's so much easier.
